The kit contains everything you need to learn how to EPP plus links to 3 video tutorials ( Part 1: What's in Your Kit, Part 2: How to Make a Hexie, Part 3: How to make the Jewel Petal) and a tutorial on how to use your basic "Snip at the Tip" snips. 
 
EPP is wonderful to do when you are away from your sewing space. For example, at kids sporting events, waiting rooms, during lengthy medical treatments, on the airplane, on vacation, while camping, on a road trip, while watching tv, at retreats, or to just wind down from the day. It is known to relieve anxiety and stress due to the methodical relaxing stiching process. 
 
In this kit, you have enough hexies and jewel petal paper and fabrics to created (2) Hexie flowers and (1) Jewel Petal flower.  All kits contain beautiful Art Gallery Fabrics.
